Well this man just rented my condo for $18,000 for the week of Ryder Cup. A group from Ireland rented it. I couldn't believe it when he told me. I knew the Ryder cup was big but this is ridiculous.

Terrific! Be sure you get it rented for the 2010 World Equestrian Games, too - should get the same amount of money, even though the games are in Lexington.
Folks around here are already buying up houses to rent for the WEG.
