On the other hand, Rosario was nuts with Good Samaritan nearly 20 lengths of the pace. There was no pace on paper, why would he stay so far back? The sad part is, the horse came rolling when finally asked which to me suggests that he has gears and is not reliant on a pace meltdown. Perhaps if he had Gunnevera or maybe even Irap's trip he could have made a dent.

I agree with all of this. My father boxed 3,5 and we both feel Rosario gave the 5 way to much to do.
Mike won the race right out of the gate.
