Default Breeders Cup Weather?

And you want to risk having it somewhere else.

At Santa Anita it will be 78' and partly cloudy.

Everywhere else 50' if your lucky or way below and Crappy.

If it was at Belmont this year it would have been this weekend, it is currently 64 (albeit windy) at 5:35 in Elmont, NY. I think that would have been just fine.

Party pooper,

The crowd at Santa Anita will be 30,000 on friday which is light for the facility and they will be lucky to have 55,000 Saturday and that is still enjoyable to get around the track.

Seems like this is the best time to have it in SOCAL. Any earlier, and it can be a bit too hot (and the Santa Ana Winds are in play.)

I don't miss it, it was as biased as it gets. We had huge problems with front/back bias out here with our dirt tracks. They do a better job with that in other parts of the country.

The 10 day forecast today on HRTV said rain is possible for Friday. When I say today I mean this morning, so yesterday.

What's the traffic forecast?

Heavy congestion on the 10 with a chance of bumper to bumper traffic on the 210, with ever so slight chances of good visibility on the 605?
