Default SWLY -- the movie

Interesting post by pmacdaddy in another thread in this room regarding who will play him in the SWLY made for t.v. movie (and others have expressed similar thoughts in other threads), so I was wondering who everybody thinks should play their own part in any prospective prime time teleplay.

In spirit of good fun, I will repeat my self-deprecating casting call....

I think my part - "Annoying Partner #21, with moderate drinking/gambling problem". Will likely be played by Gary Busey, although he would probably need to pack on some lbs. for the role.

"Inspired by" or "based" on a true story?

Wink

LOL - Partner #42, "sleep-deprived and constantly worried" ... well, I'd love it to be someone cool and gorgeous, but I'm afraid I'd probably have to go with Kristie Alley in a chubby phase

Let's see ... Chuck? Oh, George C. Scott! Except he's dead. George, that is. Have to think on that a little ...

T.C. ? Obviously Dennis Haysbert of the deep voice, who else, the President on "24" (also Allstate commercials)

Cherie? Geesh, anybody young, cute <g>

Steve? Don't know, have to think on that ...

Special guest appearance by "Sports Journalist Steve Haskin In The Paddock at Churchill" .... himself!

Pdrift has to be Brad Pitt

Pdrift has to be Brad Pitt
William Macy or Billy Crystal as Steve Byk
Cherie looks like the chick from CSI Las Vegas (she doesn't think so but its uncanny)
TC looks exactly like Derrick Harper(though he is not an actor)
Valerie Bertinelli as Danzig
Willie Martinez played by John Leguzamo
Barney can be played by John Goodman
Denis Leary can play Dellinger
Hooves can be played by Jack Nicholson

my life must really suck if I am doing this...

Thanks Chuck, Leary ain't bad.........
Quote of the w/e last time SWLY ran, "I look like a movie P.I. and you guys look like sitcom P.I.'s" Steve Byk, looking stylish as hell.
But when Leary and Nicholson hook up it's probably just like Hooves and I...

well.. my reasoning was that Cherie sounds like a french name and Paris is in France... She was in the news today and I don't exactly follow the stars

so, sorry

wasn't thinking about all of the negative stuff

Ok, I will throw a couple guys I know personally under the bus...

pointman (Nick) - "Partner #22 - High flying attourney and chronic oversleeper". Sir Paul McCartney.

trifecta124 (John D) - "Partner #24 - Could have been a contender. 105 lbs soaking wet with great love for the game. Born to be a jockey, but nervous around a black lab let alone piloting a thoroughbred." Toby McGuire or Jerry Bailey.

Nick - I will let you tackle your cousin. I don't know who the hell he looks like...
