Default Tiger Is Only One Shot Back

Tiger is making a nice run. He just shot 5 under on the front 9. He is -10 right now for the tournament, only one shot off the lead.

Tiger's 3/4 round play has been much better than his 1/2 round play so far...he missed some awful easy looking short puts yesterday, could have been more like a 63 instead of a 67....but what do I know, never swung a club

His putting was spotty today. He missed an easy 2 1/2 footer and then a couple of holes later he 3 putted. That is two shots down the drain. But overall I think he's looking pretty good. His swing looks very good. He is actually #1 this week in strokes gained tee to green.
