Damn. I'd have cheered on a simultaneous knockout by both fighters.

The Rapid Redux comparison is foolish to say the least. Take it on the arches rock head
I also like Louisville moneyline tonight.

People love to misconstrue and overreact....especially on the internet.
You honestly believe comparing Winx's streak which includes 13 G1's to Rapid Redux was a fair comparison ? People miscontrue and overreact ?
I think you just put it out there to see if you can stir up the board.

Like when he posted that Songbird was retired because she got beat, even though it was because she was injured ?
..... Kind of like one of those little guys who live under bridges

But Cloud Computing is a star, ( who won the Preakness because of such a poor ride on the runner up ) and hasn't done anything since .

Next thing you know, you'll say something exquisitely idiotic, like the stewards faked the photo in the distaff.

Nah, nobody could be that dumb.

He didn't take his own advice and read your original post correctly, instead just making his usual snide comment for no reason.

Do us all a favor and talk a long walk off a short pier.
Most losers hate winners is prophetic, can I steal that. Good news Andy will be wrong at least 5 or 6 times tomorrow so we can all eat bom boms on the couch and watch him make a fool of himself.

I understood his post to mean the following:
1. the best horse doesnt always win the race
2. Winning and or losing a race is not the be all end all
3. Winx is running against the best her region has to offer a region that is typically devoid of most of other continents best talent.
4. 20 in a row is an accomplishment it doesnt prove greatness ie: Peppers Pride
5. Winx is great perhaps one of the greatest but to steal from Sam Siegel she doesnt get me as pumped as Black Caviar.

This is dumb....and I think you know that. As a rule, making any post that even vaguely resembles something Alabama Stakes says is a poor idea.

I used Rapid Redux, and this was obvious, to make the point that extended winning streaks, used in isolation to suggest greatness makes little to no sense. All you do, actually, with responses like this, is agree with me.

The whining here is preposterous. I never even came close to knocking Winx, and anyone that actually read what I posted knows this.

Oh brother.
1. The winner gets the winning purse whether some trip handicapper thinks he was best or not as do the people who bet on the winner.
2. Winning is the be all end all. It is a race.
3.her region ? Did you see one of her victims roll again at woodbine against our best in this region we call earth?
4.why don't you tell us about the 20 in a row hosses you know . Oh yeah, there are none. 13 grade I races are part of the streak. Pure genius mo.
5. Black caviar was also great, but has nothing to do with Winx. Try watching her races before you start typing.
Your post is worse than his comparison to rapid redux.

Yeah, honestly I feel a bit dumb for not foreseeing this inevitable outcome and not taking advantage of it.

Lady Songbird was a hoss. Beholder was a hog.

Lets end this nonsense so I can get back to my favorite pastime of spending hours picking winners and then changing my mind at the last minute. The more I think of it you are right. Comparing Rapid Redux to Winx was a fair comparison. Been involved in this game for over 50 years and I can't remember(not that I remember much these days) too many horses that have run off 20 race win streaks. Any horse that can do that even in claimers is rare and special. To do that vs mainly Graded Stake company is extremely special.
Now my bank account would like to run off a one day winning streak. Good luck today.

Not only that, there is one guy who thinks Songbird really won the Distaff and that the photo was faked.
