Steve,
How are draftkings fantasy leagues and derbywars tournaments for money legal, but online poker is illegal? Seems kind of funny!! But what do I know, since I live in the wild west Arizona and we are barely going to get adw back some time this decade.

Believe the fantasy games are operating under sweepstakes rules the way consumer promotional games are run. Has to do with games of chance v. games of skill designations. It's legal to pay to play a game of skill.
