Agree the Frank Angst segment was great. Is there information out somewhere that tells us which tracks allow these computer groups and which tracks do not ?

There's only the knowledge that certain tracks, Tampa and Oaklawn, particularly, limit the presence of the groups in their pools. Will have more conversations on the topic, especially with economist Maury Wolff.
