Default IRS Question

I know tri's and supers have the 600-1 threshold....what about pick 3's? Same? If one has a 550 dollar pick 3, on a 1 dollar ticket, is it a signer? I researched this and couldn't find a clear answer.

Thanks.

It's not 600-1 but $600 return on a wager that is 300-1 or greater.

$602 per 2$ variation
602$ per $1 variation
602$ per 50c variation
602$ per 10c variation
