Default Happy Breeders' Cup Everyone

Just wanted to express how nice it is to have the BC back on a real surface for the first time in three years. It was unfortunate having to feign interest and lay off from betting in '08 and '09. Good luck one and all!

yep...this years it's especially challenging because not only is it on the real dirt, but you have so many horses who past performances show synthetic only form, so now you have to figure out who will jump up ( or down ) on dirt The last couple years, all you had to do was simply toss the horses who never ran on synthetics.

Hope it's a great day for everyone. Safe journeys for all pilots and mounts.

We'll be watching from good ol' Sofa Downs. Off to OTB in a few to place a few bets.

Good luck all! I have to watch both days after the fact thanks to screwy out of town plans someone made months ago without consulting me. (grumble grumble)

Fixin' to leave now. Recording has commenced. May you all become independently wealthy thanks to your wagers on this day and the next.

That was crazy! He got sucker punched. I'd be pissed too. As crazy as it sounds, this might be a good moment for our sport!

Did he get sucker punched? I saw him put his finger in Castellano's face and then I couldn't tell what happened. Borel was certainly right to be mad. But a finger in the face usually means it's go time.

You're right! Looking at it again he really didn't sucker punch him. Crazy! Have you ever seen anything like it?

Am I the only one who thinks ESPN's coverage of the actual races is unwatchable? Enough with the camera changes, how bout letting us watch the race. Back to Twinspires on the computer.

Totally agree. Borel really shocked the shoes off me - Jekyll and Hyde. Scary!

Agree that Castellano should get a suspension. I'm sure his move wasn't intentional - aggressive riding gone wrong, and he has to pay the consequences.

Borel should get some kind of reprimand for going so... postal.

Yep...I'm watching it on the breederscup.com feed because I can't stand the camera views on ESPN.
