Can't award these things based upon subjective "what ifs"... Thor's Echo won the big race, followed it up with another big race. Winner hands down.

So your saying that Thor's Echo was more impressive this year then Henny Hughes?

um no. Thor's Echo = 1 big win, HH won three, including beating older as a 3 year old....

Too much weight goes to the Breeders Cup

At what point do they fire this Rudolph? He just asked the owners of Thors Echo how much they got for him. Guy has no clue.Go back to Sacramento, and do local T.V. News.

Yeah, and all he is talking about is alcohol, poor showing of professionalism and representation of TVG

I know it isn't the money because you ball.....It is fine, no distraction. Christina Oliveras is the best positive, but you get some insight that is worthwhile, and you get to hear how the public is thinking and get to play against. Playing against their selections is profitable also

I wish I was making this up...they are now reading e-mails that people have sent to Barbaro...Anyone who e-mailed that horse should be sent New Bolton to visit him, and then should be humanely destroyed for wasting bandwith e-mailing a freaking horse...in other behind-the-scene happenings at the Beverly Wilshire, Gary Steven suffered a severe ankle sprain after falling off his latest mount, a booster chair...more to come...

I agree, I think Thors Echo is a deserving winner. You can't please all.

Henny Hughes and Bordonaro were also very good this year, but TE got the big one and that gives him an edge.
