I haven't dropped him yet so I could keep him.....I was thinking of that anyways.....

You're a Bears fan, huh? So you can't accept the fact that Benson was a raging alcoholic while he was there and has since got his life in order? Is that why you don't want to believe in him? As an unbiased non-Benson fan I think he will continue to do very well but I would totally hold onto Scott in case he gets injured. So many teams want to split carries these days, if you luck into a starter that is going to get all the carries it could win you the league.

The pass sets up the run in Cincy, at least so far.

It has absolutely nothing to do that, he has been my saving grace. I just think he has peaked. He hasn't played a full season in a while either.

Fact is that I bought low (6th round pick) and I sold high (got a first and 2nd round). I believe that both the guys I got will have the 'stats' at the end, especially Fitz. To be honest, it was getting Westbrook AND McCoy that solidified the deal because Reid doesn't 'share' carries, he goes with one guy and spells the other. And I have also set up my team for what is a 17 week league. The fact that they both are readily available in the passing game is also another plus.

I actually think having not played a full season in a while will probably help him.

That being said if you are willing to spend every Sunday at your computer waiting to find out Westbrook's status then it could work. But that is kind of a pain in the ass.

How do receptions work in your league?

Not PPR.

I don't move on Sunday's at all normally, 11am to after the Sunday night game, same position every Sunday during the NFL

If I had to though, I have mobile access, like I will need next week when I am in Vegas

Maybe I'm just being harsh cause Benson was one of my main sleepers this year and I drafted him in both leagues and then traded him away in one. But I think he will be a fantasy stud the rest of the way.

So you are doing Vegas instead of Arcadia for the BC? I got my fill of Vegas a couple weeks back.

Before you guys say anything about the Roster, it is a 14 team league so the waiver wire is bare, Kellen Davis is on my team as a bye week replacement and I am dropping him his week for Detroit's D because Pitt is on bye and 49ers are against Indy.

Within the trade, I am really planning on Benson shitting the bed, and his schedule isn't very easy either. PLUS, and this is kinda important, he has a bye this week, so I couldn't use him this week anyways, where I am essentially getting two players I can USE this week.

Further more, we don't have playoffs, so I am going to start getting ready for Week 16 and 17, after this week I am going to drop Meachem, Lions, 49ers and pick up Sorgi, Brunell, and Matt Moore

Just Make sure you dont start westbrook this week as he probably wont play

ughhhhh

you should have unloaded jacobs when you had a chance, that guy has been a huge bust all season long. 2 plays in 4 plays out... touchdown bradshaw, all season long

He'll be fine, Bradshaw is going to get hurt, already hobbling. And he is another that really does 'get' his points. With having Fitz/Ocho/Sims-Walker, I can afford to have 'consistent' RB's now instead of those homerun guys...

sims-walker..... god, everyone thinks this guy is the goods, i'm not sold (probably b/c i have tory holt).

if you're looking for 60 yards a game and maybe 1 reception for 4 yards, then jacobs is your guy. Personally i would have tried to trade jacobs over benson. With your backs now being Jacobs/Westbrook/McCoy/Felix Jones you seriously have a legit shot of NOT gaining a 100 yards on the ground in a given week from the cobination of those 4. Philly simply doesn't run the ball enough (so i hope you get points for receptions) jacobs is a 60-75 yard guy at best, felix is in a 3 back set in dallas..... come on tom, we gotta think about these things!!

I have had incredible bad luck in this league, I have the #1 Schedule difficulty, gone 2-5, but I have the third most points, out of 14 teams, I wanted to change it up. I got TWO starters for one of mine, I kinda think that is a no-brainer.

I mean if Brees were to get hurt, I would be screwed anyways so why not try and get something for him now and try and make a run. So in how it affects me, I traded Benson, who has been solid 14 points a week in this league, for Fitz and Eagles Back, which is probably about 20 points a week combined, and that is without either of those players have any monster monster games yet, which you know Fitz is going to have (150 2 TD type game)

you trying to copy my team? I'm in the exact same boat. hardest schedule, 2-5 (with having the 2nd highest total in 3 of the losses) but I'm 4th in most points (4 behind third). I'm just trying to set my team up for a deep playoff run, as I'm in an 8 team league, so all make the playoffs.

I'm playing in a league this year. The first one since 2006 and it has reminded me how much I hate fantasy football.

I have Brees, Tomlinson, R. Bush, T. Jones, Desean Jackson, Burleson, Witten, Broncos D, John Carney, Ronnie Brown, Roy Williams, Orton, Manningham, Eagles D, Michael Bush, and Santonio Holmes and I am 5-5.

Drew Brees is horrendously inconsistent for being on an undefeated team.

I know about Brees, from a fantasy point production....
