Default Who is the best horse?

Zenyatta, Beholder, Wise Dan, American Pharoah, MDO, Saint Liam, or Pleasantly Perfect?

Don't care what your interpretation of "best horse" is, you just have to back it up.

Saint Liam.

He went nose to nose with Ghostzapper in the Woodward which I may think is the one of the best horses in the last 20 years.

Zenyatta....she passed every hoss she ran against except one, who got the jump on her and barely held sway by a long nose. Best girl hoss ever

she was really good. Her first classic was as the call said "unbelievable". I played against her again the following year but honestly she deserved to win. She was a monster.

wise Dan and zenyatta in a photo with Dan winning out only that's my boy

It's definitely not Zenyatta. She ran against pretty weak fields and never left California except for the race that she lost. I would put Rachel Alexandra ahead of her and she's not even on your list

For precision your choice of words should have been "fields". Since she ran at Oaklawn multiple times. "Those were real killer fields she faced there" There you go.

It still is a conundrum to me which is higher comedy....the passion of Zenyatta fans or the sheer overwhelming joy of the sport's wise guys at her head loss to Blame in her last race at the BC Classic.

Going at a Mile MDO

At a Classic distance tossup between PP and Zenyatta. MDO and St Liam would look like winners but just come up a little short

They're all gate scratches. Not on the list. My choice D Wayne Lukas too.
