I agree about Mohegan Sky not being worth the short price albeit she likes it here. And also about Metro Meteor being over the top. Wont be using either one of these two.

Silver Timber is probably going to be heard from but thinking the price wont be as good as it should be with Kent up.

A horse I can see getting up at a big number is All About Mack. May look hopeless on paper but if the pace falls apart, he should be flying and this isnt a stellar group of horses.
Posted has been horrible his last several, I'd be surprised if he even makes it 3 furlongs on the lead. He's obviously a fragile one, which is probably why they're running on the grass, because clearly he is better on dirt.

I hate turf sprints.

She most definteltley can improve third off layoff.

Linda Rice probably feels this horse to do her best damage going less than 6 F thats why she did not put this horse at the Belmont meet going 6 F. Also Rice is raking 34% winners at Saratoga for 6f or less (on turf) for the past 5 years. Very good value play. What the heck

The Bet:

$40 WP on Ahvees Destiny
Linda Rice has won her fair share of turf sprints here, it will be interesting if that trend continues.

It's a good angle, however trends change. Just look where's Pletcher? For better or for worse he has no entries to speak of on opening day.

Maybe I am thinking of the wrong horse Didnt Posted very recently lose a race by a nose and run 2nd? It was a sprint race on the turf. I thought it was his last race but I may be wrong.

So, you're going on last year's form rather than the way he's been riding lately?

Moreover, I saw a stat recently that Rice's 'go to guy' is Garcia and not Screnelio.

I dont mind 2-3 a week. I just think NYRA has taken it to extremes with 2-3 a day.

I don't understand how people can complain about this race in particular. It's a very good field. When they get to running three or four statebred races a day in grass sprints, it gets tiresome, but if the quality is good, I love turf sprints.

This race is fine, an excellent betting race, I agree- it's the 3-4 a day that gets to me.

Not referring to Toga stats but rather what Rice has been doing lately; and Garcia is now her goto guy. Moreover, given his extremely high win percentage in your stats, it appears he was last year as well.

We are about to hit with a big storm here. Predicting 1-2 inches of rain between now and morning, so consider this and all races tomorrow off the turf. Rain is suppose to continue on and off tomorrow so there is a good chance Thursday may be off the turf too. Cant imagine we'll miss anything too spectacular.

It's irrelevant now since they're off the turf, but yes he did- but that was a pretty weak group. The winner isn't much and Posted got an ideal trip and still couldn't beat him. I was referring to the previous 5 races where he got smoked by better competition...

You really need to sharpen you REASONING SKILLS.

Look at your data again, DOOFUS. In what universe is 20% better than 50%? And I guess, there, they also prefer to bet 35 races to get 7 winners RATHER THAN 10 races to get 5 winners.

Guess that'll teach me to never criticize your WEAKASS evaluation of a race again.

Figured you were a bit better than that but I must've hit a nerve.
