Give the guy a break. I mean, c'mon.

And he has to meet with people of far greater importance than these.

He held 13 bilateral meetings with foreign leaders at last year’s United Nations General Assembly.

Of course, last year wasn't an elekshun year.

Did you ever stop to think that the President, having been President for four years, has already had multiple meetings with other world leaders over the past two years, and is already in constant regular contact with other world leaders?

Naw. That would be too logical!

I think it's wonderful that the President of the United States can skip meeting with United Nations member nations' leaders. Economic issues and terrorist attacks are so bor-ing. His time is better spent meeting with the true critical thinkers of our day: Letterman, Whoopi & Joy and the Pimp With A Limp.

I was merely answering your question. I didn't realize it was a set up so you could tsk tsk whoever answered it.

That aside I didn't realize other leaders had to be popular within their own countries to meet with him.

Should I assume the Dalai Lama was unpopular back in 2009 cause that was in astonishingly bad taste, even for Obama.
