Yes, I'll take care of it. I had you beat this week but a typo "WE ALL DO TYPOS" screwed me in race 6. I had 8-4-2 on my picks but typo-ed 8-4-1. Oh well the slip of a finger is a FICKLE freaking thing. Nice win that really shoulda been . . . 'nough said!!! You're running away with it like I did last year. Ok say Ruffian is setting them up and knocking them down with a nice REPEAT and adds to expanding lead while JolyB adds minor point to his wallet. Plenilune gains some with a 3rd in Pts and DonGuido moves a little closer to her with a 2nd place finish in Pts. No position changes, so lets see how the always tough Derby card treats us with double points gained.

Points and ROI Totals through May 5 Derby Day 2018

So with double points we had some movement as Ruffian stays tough at the top the ladder but Real Quiet closes the gap nicely with a 2nd place showing in each contest. JolyB maintains his 3rd place standing while DonGuido moves up to the 4 hole changing spots with Plenilune with a nice 1st place win in Pts. And Cruzan,nailing a win in ROI, leaps over NJ Stinks taking on the 6th rung of the ladder.

We are in the Triple Crown mix with a real deal of a horse in Justify that could go all the way!!! Lets see how Belmont treats us. Thanks for playing y'all!!!

Points and ROI totals through Preakness Day May 19, 2018

OK so we all enjoy double points for those who nabbed'em as Ruffian stands tall still in the lead but JolyB climbs much closer as he pulls down a boo coo load of points for doubles day and a SWEEP. Real Quiet maintain the 3 hole capturing a 3rd in ROI and DonGuido makes a significant move up the ladder with place positions in both contests. Cruzan is no slouch adding to his total and solidifies his hold on the 6 spot.

No word yet as to where the Professor is taking us next but I'm sure it will give us more fun than we can handle, or maybe not. And many of us wait with great anticipation to justify our feelings for a Justify triple crown.
