They've treated Doc Allred like crap on an ongoing basis out there. It's astounding considering what he did to save the day with Hollywood's closing.
He has a deal to sell the property at any time (or after his passing) to the enormous church that has a large parcel on the grounds already and to commercially develop the rest of the acreage. At some point he is going to tell them to all drop dead. And no one would blame him.
