Default Conquest Tsunami

This is the quickest turnaround from Dubai for an American horse I can remember.

2002:

Echo Eddie, beaten a head when second in the Dubai Golden Shaheen on March 23, returned in a Cal-bred stakes at Santa Anita on April 19.

Was the 1-2 post time favorite in a 4 horse field. Last by 10, eased across the line..

Last year, David Jacobson won the Diabolo at Belmont on 5/7 with Stallwalkin Dude, the day after the Derby, 43 days after running 6th in the Golden Shaheen. Not sure I have ever seen one win in North America returning more quickly from Dubai.
