Default Meydan Steward's meeting shown on live video... will the US ever get that?

So there was an inquiry/objection in the finish of the Dubai Gold Cup where Cavalryman's path was crossed-over by the winner Certerarch. Jockey Silvestre de Sousa launched an objection, and both jockeys and trainers ended up in the stewards room, where an open meeting with live audio/video took place. Are we ever gonna get that level of transparency here lol? I'm not holding my breath

I found it a bit odd that after being whispered something that bin Suuror withdrew the inquiry, I don't think you can withdraw a claim of foul and an inquiry here

I didn't get to see the meeting, but here in America I wished the stewards did tape the meetings so the public could watch and hear everything and the reasons for their decisions.

You might be surprised on that. While change in horse racing always comes slowly. The future of expanded transparency in North America is certainly headed in the right direction. Stay tuned.

Does anybody have a replay of the objection/inquiry? Would love to take a look.

Far from watching live or on tape. However, almost all jurisdictions have the Stewards minutes readily available.

I don't have access to trakus replays. Maybe they have the replay of the Gold Cup? Otherwise I'm assuming it'll be on youtube soon enough

Here's a reply from the stewards enquiry from the biggest race on the British Jumps calendar - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1rYr5FyCU9s

A slightly controversial call to not reverse placings.

That will be quite an adjustment for the stewards. The ones I remember seeing had their mutual tickets strung all over their desks.
