![]() I have to admit I bet Curlin and thought Street Sense was his only competition, but I greatly misjudged Hard Spun. I think Hard Spun is going to be the 3yr old Eclipse winner was the year is over.

![]() Too early to say, but of course there always remains the slim possibility that Sense will have it all locked up in five weeks regardless of what happens the rest of the year.

![]() Well the way these quick retirements seem to happen with the Derby winners, if a horse runs well later in the year he'd have to garner consideration.
Say S.S. wins the Preakness, and doesn't come through in the Belmont. S.S. will prolly get retired, and then said Belmont winner wins the Haskell and Travers. And then somehow gives Invasor all he can handle... it would make for an interesting debate.
