Default no free pas for tabor

CQ is a freak of breeding and only this guy with his bucks can indulge himself and his wife in this horse...for themselves, they are pigs...for the breed they should be punished.

There has never been a more clear example of PWUI.

Oh I somehow doubt that.

I know.

But if you need data to mine if anyone asks you for examples, I have compiled a set of posts on Derby Trail that are likely to include numerous posts less coherent than this one.

This data set can be accessed here: http://www.derbytrail.com/forums/sea...searchid=83697

I can say that I've deleted some in the past that were better than this...but I left this one because I truly don't get it even a little bit, and would love to have it explained to me...

Good call, leaving it up. You'll drive yourself mad trying to understand it though.

http://www.pedigreequery.com/circular+quay

3 Northern Dancers, 3 Raise A Natives, 6 Native Dancers...a bit of an orgy for this type of breeding influence I would say. Sorry for opening the thread with a bit of Imus but this is a piggy pedigree and I hope the horse continues to do well. Although i'd hate to see the Tabors encouraged in their breeding gluttony.

Unfortunately all those Northern Dancers and RANs are not that unusual are they? Pretty soon in this sport....that is all there will be.

Three Northern Dancers don't bother me, since two of them are through E. P. Taylor's Windfields Farm bloodlines - those solid as teak Canadian families, full of Teddy and Fair Play. If you are going to inbreed with ND, the safest way, IMHO, is to include at least one Windfields-bred.

Three Raise a Natives can be problematical, but at least all three crosses are from top quality sources - Mr. Prospector, Alydar, and Exclusive Native. The latter two sires have been influences more for stamina than speed and their offspring in CQ's pedigree were high-class and sound - Magic Circle, by Alydar won 5 of 28 races, allowance level winner and SP; Belonging, by Exclusive Native, won 5 of 37, a listed SW. And Mr. Prospector's son Gulch, thanks to his regional-bred dam, was sound enough to race 32 times in his career.

But when this guy goes to stud, there are going to be a lot of mares who should NOT visit his court, ie. those whose pedigrees look too much like his.
