You're right, I don't.

And I don't think it was a fair trial.

The law is the law as you say but that doesn't make it right.

The whole thing was wrong on so many levels but who knows... maybe the jury found him "charming" like you did.

Disgusting.

if you can say you respect the outcome of that trial with a straight face its pretty sad. it was a travesty of the highest order. the color of his skin and his wealth got him off of the murder rap. someone like me in the same circumstances would be rotting away in the pen at this point.

Its interesting that you discuss injustice in regards to our justice system and use a black man as an example of someone exploiting and benefitting from the system.

How many blacks have been tried and WRONGLY persecuted because of the color of their skin?

would you if you were him? If you claimed that you were innocent of a crime, were found to be not guilty in a criminal court of law and then ordered to pay money which you could avoid paying, would you pay it?

Please.

Oh fucl<.

I'm pretty doggone upset I have to come back because of all this.

Now you listen me Dala.

I forgot what I was going to say.

Oh ya.

Black people have been stiffed and railroaded for too long as well as other minorities and the poor. Too many have suffered. ..and it is shameful. If the Black people got Simpson off because of retribution to all the wrongs...I couldn't blame them for it.It would take a super person to ignore what has and still does happen. ...but the thing is there were several dynamics at work in this trial. Simpson got off. If you as a rational person can't see where everything flowed ( not being cute with that) from his ridiculous assertion in that he had no idea how he got the bad cut earlier that day then you are not being honest with yourself. The idiot judge, the national tv, the incredibly incompetent prosecution team ( most of them)...and the LA police all played a strong contributing role in his getting off.If I was a juror and had to sit through that farce for 9 months or so of being sequestered I may have just thrown up my hands and said .....fucl< it. Not guilty just to end it.

But if you have any comprehension in your mind about the trial proceedings and still have a reasonable doubt as to his guilt in this criminal trial ...no one can help your very poor perception.

I think maybe this latest thing was a set up. If there is a trial then it should proceed as the law allows. I don't know if he's guilty here. People can form opinions. So can you.

I read this for too long and couldn't stand it anymore.Simpson's problem is he can't be happy he got away with the 2 murders.

Anyone who likes him shouldn't make his mistake....be happy...don't worry.

Now Stevie or Thebby....dart me off this board now....please.

yeah, cause goodness knows no one stays in jail serving a sentence because they're 'innocent'. go to any jail in this country, i guarantee you'll find more innocent men then guilty ones--no doubt they were all set up.
it's called the appeals process btw. oj could certainly afford to appeal that ruling, couldn't he?

explain to me how, on the one hand, you say that you respect the constitution and our legal system, and then on the other hand, defend someone for thumbing their nose at the same when they have been found guilty in a court? a dichotomy for sure.
