I thought I was sore yesterday, but jesus christ, I am as sore as I have ever been in my life today. I can barely walk.

second day is always the worst...take 3 ibuprofen and chug a pint of beer...repeat every 4 hours...

I thought because I was getting healthier and becoming more active that the soreness wouldn't happen, and I stretched, but I guess I used muscles that I haven't used in a while
