You are saying it doesn't happen here?

Someone wins three races in a row, even if they are on the favorite, the rumblings start.

Hugh Roberson had a HUGE start at Arlington and people were like "What the hell is he using to get them to run this big"...He is a guy that never was accused of anything.

For someone to go to a new enviroment where people don't necessarily know him, and have them run the way they have ran, I see no reason why it is ridiculous to think that the people OVER THERE aren't curious

Well he hasn't won three races there - and his two weren't in a row.

There are plenty of explanations for his horse's performances that don't involve illegal doping, and simply by mentioning it - even in the way that you are - you're buying into and enforcing the "he must be juicing" ideology. It's ok to be skeptical and in many cases such skepticism is warranted, but the fact that as soon as a trainer wins a listed stakes and then wins a G2 with a decided pace advantage at 5/1 he's questioned as a cheater shows that there's something wrong with the way we view trainers nowadays.

In fairness, I havent heard any negative tones at all. People see Ward as a very open and honest guy and is just taking advantage of the fact that his 2 year olds have such blistering speed compared to our 2 year olds, many of who, are bred to improve with distance and time.

Take it easy with acting like what I am saying is gospel.

I was never questioning him as a cheater. Simply was saying that I 'hope' he isn't doing anything funny. Ward, from everything I know, doesn't have a record of medication positives

Just commenting on this part alone...

I would consider it two in a row being that he started a horse and won and the next horse he started, at the same track, also won.

Not like it matters much, but to me, he won two in a row.

For the record - the Americans are the ones who go to the doping well because, well, we dope. EVERY SINGLE DAY. American racing is doped to the high heavens.

I'm 90% sure he ran one in between in that like 95 horse field that wasn't open to betting in the U.S.

Nope, he had Cannonball run in the King's Stand and finish sixth. Then Strike The Tiger won the last race on Tuesday. His next starter was Jealous Again.

Tomorrow, Yogaroo is in the first race - only run of the day for Ward

Friday, Aegean is in the first race - also the only run of the day for Ward.

You're probably right - all I saw was that Johnny V. was riding in the race when I was watching it on TVG and assumed it was for Ward.

If they had races for him to run in here, he would be here. Ward is making history, and only wanted to run his horses. So by default, he puts the US horses in the history books.

Pretty cool stuff

Final Mesa lined up for Royal Ascot this year. Wes Ward is an absolute legend..

She won at Keeneland today quite impressively I thought!
