What's the late scratch rule when it comes to Pick 3's at Tampa? Pretty annoying, considering I didn't like the 7 as the favorite.

True dat - I didn't really think much of Teraline (or whatever the other firster he had yesterday) but the money was certainly right, surprised he wasn't shorter in the last.
