My situation is I have an extremely sore neck. I have aches all the time and limited movement (and when I do move it hurts more).
I have been 4 times and still feel the same. He says my sore neck is a result of years of bad posture.
Any thoughts?

Tim,
I didn't read what everyone wrote, so I apologize if someone already said this...while I don't claim to be an expert by any means, I have some experience on being a patient...I broke my neck at 3 levels in '98 water skiing and was very fortunate that I was living in Orlando at the time was operated on by a great surgeon at a top notch facility....After I was released from his care, he made me vow never to seek treatment from a chiropractor....it was totally based on the injury and not his opinion on chiropractors....the most important thing is to find out the source of the pain...have you seen a neurologist or did the chiropractor determine it was posture? If so, there has to be a reason why the posture is bad....have you had a mri/c-scan?....the chiropractor will manage the pain, but they typically don't get involved in determining the true cause of the pain....if you haven't seen a neurologist, I would hold off on the chiropractor until you do see one....hang in there buddy, believe me, I know it's frustrating...
