NTRA taking new tack to change withholding rules

I wonder, if the rule were changed, how it would impact those who bet an A,B,C,X series of tickets.

No I don't. I doubt the IRS would care if my $8 winning wager was part of a larger sequence of bets.

But a good step forward regardless.
