Why are we making excuses for these imbeciles? They obviously have not made any significant investment in redundancy. Just call it like it is.

Part of lower Manhattan they are in (TriBeCa) I believe is quite vulnerable to flooding as their data offices are near the Hudson River. That area has flooded numerous times in weather like what they got during Derby week.
