yeah, arkansans depend upon mississippi to keep us from being the worst....oops.
it's a great sign that teen birth rates are down, i saw an article several months ago that showed all birth rates are lower, not just for teens. they said that it seemed better education and availability of birth control was the main reason. and the south has the highest number of churches per capita....but all that abstinence based, cause god says so sex 'ed' isn't working. keeping sex ed out is like keeping many counties here dry-the teens just have unprotected sex while buying booze from the bootlegger, who already is breaking laws and doesn't care about breaking the drinking age rule. |

The graphic on this post about sex education made me laugh, but I'm afraid it might offend some people, so I'll just post the link (avoid if you're a Bible literalist):
