They've made some changes. There is now just a single prize--$3K to the winner.
They've changed the tie breaker to most wins. 2nd tie-breaker is most place finishes. They are also excluding races that are drawn with 5 or fewer horses. I'm assuming that those races will simply not show up on the race-day list. That should help produce the single winner they are shooting for. --Dunbar
