I like a three track rotation but throw in an oddball track in the 4th year.
For Example: 2006 - Churchill 2007 - Monmouth 2008 - Santa Anita 2009 - Churchill - tax reasons 2010 - Belmont 2011 - Arlington 2012 - Churchill - tax resons 2013 - Santa Anita Something like this would be good.
