Clip-Clop, you have gone down in history as being the only person in the United States - of any political persuasion - to deny that Scott Walker's budget decreased state contributions to pensions, that the money saved has gone into the state budget funds, and that tax cuts were given with that saved pension money covering the additional budget deficit created by the tax cuts
