Of course its a great day. For you. The QD will gladly share his knowledge and help bring you into the 21st century with his Quantum Handicapping. Of course I expect people will do what they do whenever a new boss arrives. The difference here is i'm not going to be your boss. I am not going to twist any arms. The QD is THE best and has been for better than 30 years.
