31-24 Giants.
Victor Cruz can't be covered... or should I say guarded ... because NBA players have to deal with a lot more contact when trying to get open than NFL WR's do now. Welker can't be "guarded" either ... but the difference in this game is that the Giants have a much better pass-rush.
