LOL, just take a look at the Fayette Stakes on the 'dirt'. The winner is a horse with a dirt record of 4-0-0-1 coming in, the runner up cant win an allowance race on the dirt but is a Grade 2 winner on the poly, the 3rd place horse is 1 for 8 on the dirt but a Grade 1 turf winner.
