This story was quickly debunked by the entire world of adults the day it came out.

The Indian newspaper just made the figures up, and the far right whackitron looney tunes who don't do fact checking or care about reality (Rush, Beck) saw it, fell for it hook, line and sinker, grabbed it up and ran with it.

Much to their chagrin, when the entire rest of American and Europe debunked it immediately.

FYI - it has been pointed out that, as reference for the mathematically impaired, the entire Afghan war only costs $160 million per day.

This trip is expected to cost .... pretty much what George Bush II nearly identical trip to India cost. Which is available in the public domain.

Thousands of people? A fleet of ships? Hundreds of hotel rooms?
