I asked you specific questions in that quote, did I not? Why can't you answer them? Either you're brushing those questions aside or you don't know the answers. It's one or the other. After talking trash all preseason, 'the Pats sucked' isn't going to cut it from you.

Repeat the questions and I will answer them

Joey the Jets have played one good half of football this year in two games, both at home. Hold off on booking that Super Bowl trip. Thankfully for them, they get all of their good opponents at home (Minnesota, Green Bay, Houston, Cincinnati), and they're guaranteed two wins against the Bills, so I think they're a playoff team- but as a nonpartisan observer I haven't been impressed yet.

And Randy Moss is the definition of misfit.

Do you even know what I'm talking about? This has nothing to do with a Super Bowl trip or the Jets being great. This dude talked as much as you could possibly talk before the game and then as soon his team gets stomped, he says 'the Pats sucked' and tries to move on. I'm not having that. I asked him more about the loss and he won't answer, either because he doesn't want to or he can't. I didn't say anything about the Jets being in the Super Bowl. I want an explanation from a Patriots blowhard about what happened Sunday. That's all I'm talking about.

What is there really to say at this point? The Jets are the best team EVARR and the Pats suck? Long way to go. Obviously the trash talk before the game was bluster with the 51-10 crap, but it served it's purpose, riled you up.

LOL- has he shown up on fantasy waiver wires yet?
Steelers are really good IMO (speaking of misfits) and I agree the Jets will be in every game this year because of their D.

It's obvious you haven't been reading. I asked him specific questions about his team that he doesn't know how to answer. It didn't rile me up at all, he's just a weasel who gets away with everything and I'm trying to hold him accountable for once. Go ahead and pretend like if the Pats won he wouldn't be holding it over my head in every post for months on end.

You seem to think my point in this is 'the Jets are great and the Pats are awful'. It's not.

I get where you're going, I'm just trying to figure out what there is to say at this point. Honestly, very few people have the skills to break down sports like you do. You know I have told you that before. I wouldn't expect him to come with an analysis on your level. Hell, I don't have much to say about the result and I'm rarely ever lost for words.

Very smart. Kiss up to me to get me to shut up. If only he were that bright.

Speaking of out of touch with the NFL! The Jeopardy final question today was "On Feb 8, 2010 this city's newspaper headline was 'Hallelujah! After 43 years our prayers are answered!" and 2 of 3 got it wrong, the only one that got it right is a sportswriter! WTF?!? Where do these people live?

A misfit is someone that can't fit into their surroundings.

He wanted out of Minny because the old owner Red McCombs was notoriously the cheapest bastard in the NFL. The Vikings were the only team in the NFL who were way under the salary cap. He paid Moss and Culpepper and no one else. The Vikings - in 2003 - actually let the time expire on their first round pick because they wanted to sign him for less money.

Do you get how cheap that is? We don't want to pay the guy we want top 10 money - so we'll let the clock run out and have other teams race to the podium to get their picks in ahead of us... and we'll take our guy several picks later so we can sign him for less.

That team was going nowhere because they had the worst defense in football. McCombs gave Moss his trade wish but sold the team a few months later.

Moss wanted out of Oakland because the offensive line couldn't block anyone. He could have stayed and made $11 million in 2007 - instead he ripped up the contract to get out and played for less than half of that with the Pats. The reason more teams didn't want him - is because they didn't want to pay him $11 million - he was only going to shred the contract to play in a good situation.

Calling him a misfit for getting out of two horrible situations in Minny and Oakland is silly. He paid the price for leaving Oakland. He should have just stayed in Minny though and waited that cheap scumbag Red McCombs out.

What about all of the other stuff? Wouldn't that make him a misfit?

What? They tried to trade down and ran out of time because they waited too long to secure a trade. It wasn't because they were cheap. Teams trade down in the draft all the time.

That was the explanation they gave. That they wanted to trade down to get him - but when they couldn't get a deal the clock expired and a few other teams got picks in.

You can't spit in your fans face. How many other times in NFL Draft history has the 15 minute clock expired on a team in the first round? I'm going to guess none.

Red McCombs was the cheapest owner in history - and they still sold the dome out every single game during his time as Vikings owner. He was the true cancer on that team. Who were his big free agent signings? None.
