Smooth Operator's comebacks remind me of Captain Kirk's comeback to being called a "dumbass" by a California cab driver in Star Trek IV (you know, the one where the Enterprise goes so fast, they end up in like 1992 San Francisco). Anyway, Kirk shouts back "double dumbass to you, buddy!"
Anyway, that's a relatively long way to say that Smooth Operator is really not very original.
