R9 – Coolbythepool 50k (Turf 8F)

#2 SCR
#4 Shimmering Tina – The Stretch out should not be a problem.
#9 Talented Princess – She’s on a roll and can’t be ignored.
#11 SCR

R10 – Island Whirl 100k (Turf 8.5F)

#4 SCR
#3 Sincero – Expecting him to bounce back from fiasco with new jock.
#11 Bim Bam – Comes out of a productive race where he had some trouble.
#12 Gold Trippi – Has some back class and the turf sprint in most recent suits him well here.

R11 – Capitol Request Florida T-Breds Charities 100k (Turf 8.5F)

#8 Speak Easy Gal - Obvious player off G3 win.
#6 Omega Cat – She does her best running on the lawn.
#1 SCR
#5 Granted Tiger – Should be in a good stalking position throughout.

R12 – Md 16k (Turf 8.5F)

#2 Lady Amira – Comes back to the turf and takes a considerable drop.
#8 SCR
#6 Mari Gold Girl – Eligible to wake up on the other side of the fence.
#9 Spell Run – Bravo sticks for the drop and switch to the lawn.

PK4 - 1 4 9 13 / 3 11 12 / 6 8 / 2 6 9 = $36 ($.50 play)
Gus, Sincero ran a big race. Was probably the best in there, tough racing luck.

Can anyone even fathom a guess why Wolfson would have run Omega Cat and Speak Easy Gal in the same race, instead of just winning both the 9th and 11th races by open lengths? Him doing that, and Allies Event scratching, really screwed up the sequence for me.

Golfer, I concur with Sincero, I've followed his career and he's definitely a hard knocker with some bad luck. I have a history with him and have been able to cash some tickets with him hitting the board in the past, but not this time. His 2nd to Books Ahead at Gulfstream was a bang up race and his 3rd (48-1) to Dunkirk's Alw win was profitable for me.

Wolfson threw a 3-1 curve ball at me as well when he decided to run Speak Easy Gal in the tougher race IMO as she just held off her stablemate (Omega Cat).

Wolfson has 4 scheduled to run today at Calder in the Miami Mile.
