A lot of teams are desperate. I went to 2 Heat games this year and they sent me 2 freebies for the Rockets game for paying face for the others.

They arent getting a high profile guy but they need to sign some complimentary guys to begin the rebuilding process. There are some good players that will be available for bargin prices.
