Him being high on dope would be the least of my concerns in a pack of 10 with guys like Pedroza, Martin Garcia, Kerwin John, and a few others who ride with what some call guts and others call carelessness.
I havent seen PVAL make too many poor decisions on the track, off the track is a different story.
Story, what in the heck, you don't think using drugs over 15+ years would impair anysort of judgement. i guess thats why its legal!
