If that's true then we have the ultimate double standard.....
Okay Tiger isn't the husband of the year.....but if Jasper volcano ash mumbles who introduced Ellin to Woods knew for years, where does this Pop Tart get off looking to slam Woods as if this was new news.

If he grew a pair he probably could have saved the nanny and kids quite a bit of pain but he didn't have the stones to speak ill of the Great One...no wonder your game is gone. The game takes guts and you left yours in the 90's.

Here is an article about a Madam that says she would set up Tiger's orgies. She says he would spend around $30,000-$40,000 a weekend.

If so many people were privy to Tiger's escapades how did he keep it from the public for so long?

I don't think it negatively affected the other people, so why would they tell anyone?

People's lives depend on Tiger Woods.

Why would his caddie let go of the man who feeds his family?

Why would the average tour player who is buddies with Tiger Woods let go of the man who increased purses on the tour so that he can be a smaller millionaire himself?

Why would television networks blast the single man who gives golf tournaments any ratings?

Tiger affected other people's lives so positively, why would they want to change that?

And now he's taking in indefinite break. Who knows if he'll ever come back? And what was his sin? Being horny? Our society is bringing him down because he can't control the sexual urges he was born with???

That explanation is completely unrealistic.

When enough people know something so explosive it doesn't stay a secret for long.

Not everyone on tour or otherwise likes/liked Tiger. I have a very difficult time believing that his behavior was so widely known.

And there's absolutely no way he stays away forever. He's far too competitive to bring himself to that. I wonder what he'd choose between keeping Elin and quitting golf forever.

Maybe what I wrote was misleading...........from the excerpt( I read and can not find) he was implying that he was a strange bird and fellow players knew he was hiding something and that his public persona was a fraud.

That doesn't surprise me too much that Phil would say those things. It is well known that Phil and Tiger can't stand each other.

I don't think it was very smart for Phil to say anything. You never make yourself look good when you bad-mouth someone else. And in this situation, there is no reason to do it. Tiger has already made himself look bad enough. There is no reason for Phil to say anything.

Best synopsis of the entire Tiger Woods story by Seth Meyers of SNL:

"Last Friday, Tiger Woods hit a tree with his SUV, and a bunch of ladies fell out"

Phil is one of the biggest phonies out there, plus he's got skels in his closet too. He's been jealous of Tiger for a long time.
