No, I didn't say that. I think you are referencing when I talked about doctors banding together and starting practices that didn't routinely take insurance for the common things (CBC, office visit, etc), as it lowered the costs to both the patient and the office for the patients to pay for common, average things without going through insurance claims.

Yes, I brought Carter up first: once, in passing, in reference to Obama, saying he understood the middle east was complicated. YOU have brought Carter up repeatedly ever since, probably a ten to one ratio I have said I didn't vote for him, and I didn't agree with his mideast policies. I've read two of his books (because I'm interested in the politics of the middle east).

he thinks Israel was the worse perpetrator of human rights violations in the world worse than f'n Rawanda and burning tire necklaces! If that's understanding the mideast is complicated?

Knowing the middle east is complicated is one thing. What exactly one does in the middle east is another.
