I'm sure TC is a good man - I've never had the pleasure of meeting him - but I trust you employ good people. Some people can see stuff, others can't - TC one of those? Any dummy can drop a claim slip but the good ones can see problems before you buy trouble.......

We rarely claim much anymore but when we did we did our homework long before they reach the paddock. I suppose that doesnt answer your question, but yes I would trust his opinion with my money.
