I put on gloves and check their private areas to no avail...then I notice Tippy is bleeding from her paw...good I thought, better than internal.

An hour later we're at the Emergency Animal Hospital because I can't get the bleeding to stop.

An hour later we learn it is a tumor that ruptured.

An hour later we have to make the horrible decision to put our friend of 13 years to sleep because the condition would mean only pain and suffering.

Life comes at you fast.......sometimes we forget until we're faced with some of its shocking realities.

The bad news, my firend of 13 years is gone just like that....the good news is I'm going to have a better life for having her and realizing the little stuff isn't as important as I made it out to be.

Life is to be lived.

Geesh, Spyder, so sorry for your loss. Too sudden.
