Disagree- helps avoid tax tickets. Pool sweepers would be the only prices that might get dampened, and even that I'm not sure about. Lower minimums benefit the player greatly.
I agree - for example, when Supers were a $1 minimum I hardly ever played them...now that they are 10 cent minimum I play them. I would play more pick 3's and pick 4's if the minimum bet was less. And they also help to avoid "signers". All exotic bets should be a 10 cent minimum IMO.
