Any update on this dispute. We were unable to bet the entire Churchill fall meet.. As it stands we will miss the Fairgrounds and God forbide the Derby.... Doens't appear like anyone is moving. Business much be great for both parties as they don't seem to want to compromise. IMHO Churchill will gain leverage once the New Year rolls around and we get closer to the Derby...
