i totally agree some measures have to be taken to protect our country without the citizens knowledge of them as to not compromise our saftey.

the US will have the final say in any outcome of any conflict no matter who is president.

for people to believe obama would not protect this country any less then bush is just ridiculous.

when you got the weapons and military and nukes to wipe out a country at will if we were attacked is at our disposal (n korea, iran)

its a very fine line you tread if you do this, because of the response from other major countries like russia.

but we can take care of buisness pretty darn quick if we have to.

by reducing troops from iraq to increasing troops to afghanistan is showing that obama is not letting this go and to hunt them down.

if you really wanted to get the job done as bush proposed, why pick iraq only, when lebanon, syria yemen etc. harbor and have training camps that we do know have terrorists. why didn't bush go all out if he really wants to make us safe. why just iraq?

that is a question the doesn't make sense that to go into iraq will make us all cozy and safe but fail to deal with the rest of these middle eastern coutries who like syria where they were and still are far more of a threat then iraq was even close to being. and focus on afghanistan.
