And being that they just discovered this "new" therapy I'm sure they will all over this place.
Which is why it should be allowed on track. The real issues are safety (for the horse and others not involved) and which favored contractor gets the gig.

Which wont happen because the tracks arent going to take the risk, especially for little gain.

The operator might have a fallback if NYRA allows stuff like privately operated underwater treadmills on track grounds. Do they allow anything?
