We only bill for 2nd or 3rd and only in graded stakes with a purse of 100k or greater.
Vic, can you explain this more? Also, a losing mount for Rosario, is it the same for a Claiming 8k as it is a nw1? I'll explain after your response (it isn't a trick question, trust me )
